Obviously, a good admin with the right tools would be able to bust cheats too at the cost of error such as seeing in the server log that someone shot someone else three times in the head in half a second on a 100 meters distance. Although some anticheat systems would look at client behavior such as repeatedly snapping a cursor onto a player's head with a perfectly straight line of motion as to detect "undectable" aimbots. An overlaying process just affecting such as keyboard input can't be traced. VAC primarily checks for things like game modifying DLLs or memory reading/editing EXEs or other suspicious activity. There has never been a vac ban from Autohotkey usage.
